Well Chippy prove it I can certainly prove the Mallocian market is buoyant as I have said but the rest of Spain is in a very bad way
Benelmadina you are really having a laugh ask Matt infact there are over 1m flats and houses for sale in mainland Spain

The dearest real estate in Spain is in Madrid, followed by the Catalunya region.
In terms of the number of millionaires which is where we started its the same story.

Yeah my parents are thinking of moving there and they've said the same thing, you're definitely right on this on 60.

Do you know the number of millionaires in Spain went up by 13% in 2013. The vast majority lived in and around Madrid. What do you think happened to property prices there?

I wish I was there Leeds I could do there legal work tell them to be very careful who they use for solicitors and do a very thorough search I used to do my own legal work because quite frankly the solicitors are useless

I haven't said prices ain't going up. I said it's not the only part of Spain it's happening.
The initial point of disagreement concerns the number of millionaires in Majorca lest you or Mike have forgotten.

Things are moving here,houses are selling,
Try buying property in madrid mental money.
My wife was in the business,and I have many friends that still are,
As at the moment I'm looking for 8 plots to buy for a little investor.
