According to Stoke Sentinal and Crewe local rag, Ajose joined them when they were almost relegated and saved the club with his goals, assists and the way he got the opposition to think instead of attacking the **** out of a poor Crewe defence. He's a wide man so not a bad return from out there and in a crap team not too shabby. However its L1 not the prem but maybe he was scared to death when he joined especially after having his scum contract not renewed. Maybe he has more experience now and hoping to prove a point, but either way he's our so lets have a look

Fair play to him, but he's always proved himself in League 1. He definitely plays wide, but from what I can gather he played up front for Crewe, as well as Swindon and Peterborough last year. He's naturally a striker. I'd definitely take another look at him, but he didn't do much for us at the start of the season (not that he had a fair run) and he played just 45 minutes of Championship football before Darren Ferguson decided he wasn't up to it and farmed him out on a succession of loans. Maybe he's just one of those players destined to be too good for one league, but not quite good enough for the league above. Let's hope not <ok>

Doing some early research according to the credit Suisse wealth report from 2013 ( the most recent available) it appears the region of catalunya is the area of Spain where the bulk of millionaires congregate.
Even Boris Becker has sold his Mallorcan villa and moved to Puerto Banus.

No need to understand spanish lads, thats the rich list of communities in spain.
Anyone spot the word mallorca on there?

Probably are more millionairs in puerto banus/marbella than mallorca.
Only 15 mins from my house so I should know a bit.

Cellino has been cleared by the football league to take up his position of Chairman again.

Can they not get anything right?

I was told that Mallorca had more MILLIONAIRES living there than anywhere else and I believe it.Property prices have not declined unlike Spain for example I sold my flat for over 300k and the present pwner says its worth 750k nowI also sold several appartments and the owners tell me they could get 2 as much as I sold them for .What does this mean in the scheme of things well the property market is very buoyant so demand as Matt will tell exceeds supply where as in Spain the market is extremely depressed

Indeed Mike.

Not enough housing.

Too much demand---- not enough supply.

Pushes prices up

Too many flats being built.

Gone up 10% in last 5 years

I know. But was too polite to say. You know me!

Have you got proof are you just going keep to flapping your gums again and again?
Property in Puerto Banus, Marbella, Bellamedina, not to mention Madrid and Barca is amore expensive than Majorca on a like for like basis.
