Giulianelli seems to get his info direct from the cellino's... Probably on the understanding that he only passes on the info he's meant to and toes the party line... And it doesn't mean they'll always tell him the truth of course!

LIW certainly divides opinion, can be a bit confrontational and he doesn't suffer fools, but i usually agree with most of his views on the football side of things at least.

Those who are fools very rarely suffer them. Some could say. Not me though, I don't really give a ****.

quick one on percentages ... if you go over 26% shares then you have a 90 days option to excercise a full bid for the club, that's how I understand it ... if Cellino is forced to sell he will probably just sell the lot to one name

I'm not an expert on this, but if it was a problem and they could not show proof of the funds. Surely his sons (does he have two? I'm not sure) could buy 29% each and his daughter 29% which would make 87% of the club. Granted I am aware there are other "investors" involved, but with your quote that would not be improbable.

Unless Harvey is an idiot (surely not) he will be going through the motions on this, needing to seem to take a tough line while expecting it will be ineffective

If Cellino is judged not to be fit and proper - which may take time - he could then maybe appeal that (more time), not sure if appealing the Italuan ruling saves him, but when all else fails he sells his shares to family. But then there is the point that the conviction will become spent - don't know when but the less the seriousness of the crime the quicker that is, so not long.

If there is even the slimmest possibility (and there is) of MC getting kicked out why would he invest more of his money or time on project LUFC. He might be barmy but to continue on risking cash and reputation would be the strangest thing he has ever done. This is more of a threat than most of you seem to think.
