He would have to give up his majoriity shareholding - if he then passes these shares onto his sons, they would both need to pass the FPP test as having more than 30% shares
Good luck to him - its not like they would withdraw membership of the league - I'm sure Harvey wouldn't want that
They'd have to provide proof that they can support the club without their Dad's help Have they got £20M each?
I would be very surprised if Cellino hasn't actually prepared for all the forthcoming cases and appeals against him. He's been in charge for just about six months now and made significant changes & investments to the club. If there was any doubt whatsoever as to whether he is found guilty then I'm sure he wouldn't have done this. Who's to say how much his kids are worth too? Plus are we not actually running within our means these days, given all the cuts which have been made. Don't be drawn in to the usual witch hunt of our great club from the media and fans of other tinpot clubs.....
anyone watching channel5+1 Razor Ruddock being chased by bailiffs that's what you get playing for mickey mouse outfits like the Wallies the skint fat bastard
I'm not an expert on this, but if it was a problem and they could not show proof of the funds. Surely his sons (does he have two? I'm not sure) could buy 29% each and his daughter 29% which would make 87% of the club. Granted I am aware there are other "investors" involved, but with your quote that would not be improbable. However to calm everyone down, some quotes from twitter: Emanuele Giulianelli @EmaGiulianelli · 7h Don't you worry about what some media write about Cellino and the club future Emanuele Giulianelli @EmaGiulianelli · 7h I can't tell you more than this: in the club they aren't worried at all about this rumors. #lufc Emanuele Giulianelli @EmaGiulianelli · 7h Now let's focus on Darko and on the next match of your great Leeds. Don't worry.
Yeah some of the old crew are there,LIW,jonty etc Can turn into a bit of a drearie/cheerie debate, But I like to keep in touch with highland,Harj etc.
I was never a member of the old 606 forums, just a proud lurker. I can just about bring myself to post on this forum - the Millwall fans aside. I could never tell if LIW was a wum or a moron.
LIW,is a season ticket holder, has been for many years. He tells things as they are,his match ratings are very good. I've met him many times,he's a great lad. I know others may not have the same view but thats mine. He does like a wind up mind
Giulianelli seems to get his info direct from the cellino's... Probably on the understanding that he only passes on the info he's meant to and toes the party line... And it doesn't mean they'll always tell him the truth of course! LIW certainly divides opinion, can be a bit confrontational and he doesn't suffer fools, but i usually agree with most of his views on the football side of things at least.
I would often agree with a lot of things he said, but his negativity always over clouded his hidden intelligence. He did talk a fair bit of ****e when it came to anything non 'directly' football performance related such as ownership/management etc. There is certainly a lot worse on that place.
