AJ is not ****e. You don’t win an Olympic gold medal by being ****e. You don’t win belts by being ****e.

His career has not been that well managed imo. He seems to have made the mistake others have made before, having become an Olympic champion, turned pro, signed a big money deal, and been fooled into thinking he’d done all the hard work - whereas in reality it was just beginning.

But to say an Olympic gold medalist is ****e? Don’t be silly. There’s a reason why the whole world wants to see Fury vs Joshua, and it’s not because either of them are “****e”.
It would be like Ali versus Fraiser
But both of them British

This documentary is specifically about Tyson and Holyfield. With video recordings from the time all slating Holyfield saying Tyson would win easily, even when he beat him saying it was a fluke etc. Is a really good watch, one of the ESPN 30 for 30 docs which are all really good for any sports fan

Will watch

I'm old enough to remember Cassius Clay / Muhammad Ali fighting in his pomp and I have never seen his like ... nor expect to again ... but I will say this ... Ali beat his most dangerous opponents with his intelligence as much as his fists ... and Tyson Fury has done the same ... just saying <cheers>

Genuine question for the peeps who saw Ali. @FosseFilberto

Prime Ali Vs prime Tyson (mike)?

For me Ali every time ... rope a dope ... Joe Frazier and George Foreman were two of the biggest hitters the sport has ever seen (not to mention Sonny Liston) ... I'd put Ali top with both Foreman and Frazier before Mike Tyson (as good as he was) ... Larry Holmes was past his best when he met Tyson... but a formidable champion ... but in my lifetime it's Ali and then a toss up between Foreman and Frazier for second ... Mike comes in at a creditable 4th <cheers>

I'm reading between the lines, it's about Ali Tyson (again) and you are talking bollox.

No one knows for sure, but pretty sure a Tyson in his prime would have smashed that big mouthed ****.

... plenty tried ... plenty failed ... you had to have been there ... and I rarely talk bollox ... Tyson never hit harder than Big George (fact) ... you would have been sucking your mommas tits ... one thing for sure ... no way Ali would have lost to a pumped up light heavyweight like Evander Holyfield ... read it and weep numbnuts <ok>

Tyson destroyed everything for years ffs.

Then again Ali did change his faith to avoid war.

Yup ... he had a problem with the US interests in Vietnam ... damn ****ing right too <ok>

"Iron Mike" <laugh> the heroic ... resorted to chomping on ears when he was over matched by a blown up cruiserweight <doh>
