It’s time for him to step up now, knocking over bums is not his current level.

To my knowledge no one has tested his chin yet, so we’ll see what he’s got when he gets in with someone like Chisora - which is a fight I can see happening after he’s taken out the wooden Joyce.

The kid would **** Chisora up on 3 days notice.

I’d let him have it, get him in the ring with Usyk or Whyte and let him **** the division up. He won’t gain anything from smashing Joyce and Chisora around, no credit is gained from beating those two clowns.

He’s barely taken a shot yet, Whyte next fight would be plain daft imo.

He got caught a couple of times when he fought his first Ghanaian, Lartey.
Gorman clipped him a bit too, but nobody's really got him backing up or landed anything sustained, though.

Only if you don’t think he’s ready. He’s more than ready, he’s well ahead of where AJ was at his stage but AJ had the Hearn Hype Train.

Makes no odds either way cos Frank can’t make big fights happen.

We’ll see mate. For me he’s done nothing yet, looks the part, but so have many before him.

I think Joyce is a decent next fight for him tbh. It’ll be a decent draw for the fans and when he likely wins it’ll put him in the mix for the big names in the top 10. The bloke he was in with at the weekend was an absolute joke. Big Eddy from our local would have stood more chance ffs.

All I’m saying is he’s better than this fight right now, Joshua was accelerated into bigger fights due to his hype, DDD is better than AJ was at this point in his career.

AJ/Wilder will avoid the lad, as soon as he is at their ‘level’ well all know it.
 
Some good fights coming up in the UFC. Are we good to talk about all combat sports here or would it be better to have a separate thread? I don’t mind either way <ok>
