I actually like them both ...but would take Fury to win if they ever do get it together... simply because, despite the front he sometimes put out there, he is a very canny fighter and can think on his feet (or off them - as he did to great effect against Wilder) ... think he'll outbox AJ... provided he can keep clear of the bombs ...

Mate, back in the skinhead days, we were in a pub when a couple of yank tourists came in and shrieked "Wow, real English skinheads". They were taking pictures and buying us loads of beer every time they took one. Boy was I pissed. Happy times.

<laugh> you are so naive sometimes Sucksta ... the Skinheads back in the 60s were not a bunch of right wing rascist thugs always on the lookout for a punch up ... indeed it was more about music and fashion with the former a preference stemming from reggae and the likes of Prince Buster (who Madness would later cover comprehensively) ...

Not sure who I’d take for the Joshua vs Fury fight. You can make a solid case for both of them, it’s a genuine 50/50 for me. It’ll be all about who gets it right on the night.

What I do hope though, is that Fury leaves his trash talk at home. This isn’t a fight that needs selling, neither is it an up and coming calling out a Champion. It’s merely the best 2 heavy weights in the World at the minute, fighting for unification and the undisputed title. It doesn’t need him giving it the ‘dosser’ bollocks, it can be and should be imo respectful. It’ll arguably be the biggest fight in British boxing history, it needs no hype.

That's a question - would Fury vs Joshua be the biggest fight in British boxing history?

Only other ones I can think of that might come close are Eubank vs Benn and Lewis vs Bruno.

In terms of what’s on the table, neither of those come close.

I disagree, I hope Fury uses every chance he gets to remind Joshua that he has a big fat L on his record. The mind games are part of the sport for me. AJ has made it clear he wants the belts and doesn’t care about Fury, so let’s not pretend it’s two gents agreeing to a great British dust up. I hope they tear each other apart pre and during the fight.
