I was talking about this today at work, not popping round to yours obvs, I can't remember the last time my house phone rang!!
Like many I only have one cos it comes with the broadband, so don’t use it
If I have to give an email address for anything then I give one I’ve set up for companies to make them feel happy, but I never check it (actually I did once and it had 9000+ unread emails!)

Basically I avoid speaking to people

Ehab - is that you?

Apparently, the ticket office are telling people that there'll be no announcement on next seasons pricing until after this season has finished.
Interesting.

The club have to give "the Member not less than 90 days’ prior written notice of any such change".

This season finishes on 6th May. Next season starts on 4th August. 90 days exactly.

There's no way they can give everyone written notice of a change in time for next season. Realistically since the months are full months too then they can't really change until 1st September.

I guess things remain as they are for next season.

Here's the answer.

You are Mrs, Miss, Mss Bearcock.

By my calculations in order to give at least 90 days notice of change of prices before the August payment on 1st August The Club need to advise members by the end of tomorrow.

EDIT: announcing it today or tomorrow would be very clever by The Club. It is now May so anybody who would cancel because they don't like the changes would have to pay for May, June and July because of the two full months notice period. So they'd be collecting 3 payments from members without giving them anything back.

They are making their point. They don't care about the support. The dialogue has amused them, nothing more, other than spinning out their plan. The admin team is in the shadows and they await the final cash drops from the PL. Most of this was predictable, none of it was made better by the meetings. The summer will be soul destroying. No pleasure or satisfaction can be found in any of this, just sadness and a regret that they had an audience.

We're in a bit of a state now even with the parachute money.

Can you imagine what the club will be like when that money stops and the only revenue is gate money, corporates and transfer fees ?

KCOM Craven Park here we come.

Except I wont be.

Cancelled my Premier Club seats. Had them since we move to KC December 2002.

They said I'm welcome back anytime...

We've told them we're not renewing (five Premier Club seats), unless meaningful concessions are introduced for next season. Didn't even get a reply. We estimate we've spent almost £100k just on attending home games since the KCOM opened.

Ask for it back. If the Allams are repaying themselves back the money they've spent surely everyone else can ? <laugh>

And we did the same at the start of the season with our 5 premier club seats. Had our names on them since the stadium opened.
Have wondered a few times whether they still have our names on them or whether they found replacement people.
It was the lack of understanding/listening that did it. Surely someone is spotting these statistics about non renewers and is thinking about how to reverse it.

Edit : Surely someone should be spotting these statistics about non renewers and should be thinking about how to reverse it.

Perhaps the attention will be drawn to a dilapidation battle between HCC and the Allams. I only hope that, for once, someone will have done their homework and then come to the right decisions.

Don't worry. Since the Allams took over, the sales and marketing team has grown from 12 to 61. They've got it covered. :emoticon-0140-rofl:

It'll be in a perilous state in 12 months time.
I can only see a return to League 2 personally.
