Bloody heck Swords. I wished I never asked the question. I've stayed up nearly an hour past my bed time just to stay loyal to the thread.

You're going to be so under whelmed at the answer.

I'm not a copper QL. Although my driving was trained by them.

The car is... I'd guess about a decade old. Not one of those dinosaurs you've mentioned earlier.

I don't think they used it on the course mate. I think they just said to him in passing that the best pound for pound car out on the roads is..................................

You'll get it Queens, if you haven't already!

OMG! You're getting colder and colder. What car did Swords mention in his opening post?

Then think of his more modern much bigger brother.

Swords wasn't that far away from the 'Golf.'

It's still pound for pound one of the best cars.

Not something boring like a Toureg..they are applaling cars. My mrs dad has one and i hate it !designed for wanna be middle class 4x4-er's. great for driving up and down the kerbs in Knightsbridge though. would never take one off road..take that from someone who live in Australia as Gospel!

Only other ones are the Passat and the Jetta...although i would not consider them bigger bro's...

surely not the toureg?..over an X5, disco, and many other semi MPV type units?

    Underwhelmed to be sure !
