And you won't with your constant political and xenophobic posts?
Politics won’t get the site into trouble. Though they may get deleted. Who is xenophobic? You really should stop posting such arrant nonsense.

Many a time in the 1980s had to walk home blind drunk from town all the way down bev road to nhe, sometimes two of us but often alone. Never had any bother, after living away for 20 years and meeting up with old mates in town many advised/insisted I got a taxi home as bev road is no longer a place to go walking drunk at night.
Anecdotal maybe but that seems to be a widely held opinion.
I used to live on Bev Road and walk up Springbank to Boothferry, unrecognizable now.

Exactly. Anyone with half a brain or a grip on reality knows that Hull, London and most cities are completely different to the 80s and 90s and are not safe for many demographics late at night. Sometimes even during the day.

As a fairly big bloke who can look after himself it doesn't really make a difference to my life but is that enough reason not to give a ****?

I don't feel unsafe down there, never had any bad experience with them, and don't live too far away myself, but certainly feel...out if place...shall we say, when I'm walking from mine off Chants, down Spring Bank towards town.

As I said, meet me in the pub and you will soon get proven wrong on that. In the meantime shut up.

While ever people like you spit their constant xenophobic bile, I will continue to express my opposing viewpoint, and I will never shut up because someone from the shallow end of the gene pool demands it of me. Have a good night and keep your fingers crossed you wake up in the morning.

What xenophobic bile?

You sound increasingly like the anti semitic racist Cheshire Blob with your sanctimonious claptrap.

I might not wake up in the morning. There again you may not. Sudden death in the night isn’t restricted to older people.

Try it in London. Birmingham and elsewhere on your own in the early hours.
I recommend a trip to Glasgow for the ultimate experience....Britain's asylum seeker capital due to the incompetence of the Council who invited them in but can't afford it any more and are looking for a Westminster bailout.

Just under 10,000 in homeless accommodation with 67% of that figure off boats. As for bollocks, yep, got them in abundance and they hang around about knee line nowadays...

You said you hadn’t called me a racist nonce. Which you did.
You claim to have a great memory, yet what I actually said was "Racist yes, nonce I'm not so sure." I have since been corrected on the nonce bit but as I wasn't sure I don't think it the great victory you and your sycophants think it is. You still can't prove I'm wrong on the first bit though x

My 85 year old aunt lives in Hackney and has done for 50+ years. She gets the tube regularly and walks to the shops every day. Never complained about being scared.

My old neighbour's relative got murdered in an off license in Millfield by the Shankhill butchers in the 1970s.

If we're using anecdotal evidence of whether the UK is safe or not, it depends where you grew up, because the past wasn't as safe as you think and the present isn't as dangerous.

You can’t prove you are right though.
