Hi Bustino. One of my 2yos (Weekend) seems to have disappeared. Can't find it on RP nor on Pedigree Query. I wonder what happened to that one

Not much help. Who did you think it was in training with.
A lot have names changed, the dam is the easiest way to track them down.

I can't remember stick. I just looked for some nicely bred 2yos and posted them. Didn't occur to me that they would "disappear". If I could remember what list I was looking at I could probably pick out the same 2. Looks like I'll just have to wait for the change window.

If you go on the RP online you can type in Night Of Thunder and there is a tab for "progeny sales" if it went through the ring as a foal or yearling it will be in the list, you might spot it from the dams pedigree?? Only two pages of entries so not that much searching to do.

Thanks. Good idea but didn't recognise any that I would have plucked out.. Found my other one that way though

How frustrating
 
I can't find it on the BHA website so it's not in training in England. I'll look in Horses in Training to see if I can find it with an Irish trainer.

How I approached this was to put every horse selected by the contestants into a tracker. I queried a couple of them but couldn't query some 2yos as they hadn't been entered. So Weekend did not come up but was probably (I thought) because he hadn't an entry. It now appears he doesn't exist.
If there's no disagreements from fellow contestants I'll allow you to substitute Weekend. However there are a couple of restrictions. Though he was a 2yo you do not have to choose a 2yo but you cannot choose a horse that has run since June 1st or is entered to run before June 25th (that is if you make the selection today, if you make it tomorrow it will be the 26th).
I think it's unfair on you to have a horse that doesn't exist though there is the upside that you haven't had -1s for it.
Any objections please voice them.

It is very strange Bustino as I picked out my two from the same list. I just wish I could remember what list they came from <doh>. Were there any sales around that time?
