Koeman stating we could have 2 in by the end of the week suggests we must already have bids in place for players and be in negotiations. Very quiet considering.
So do I. To be fair, the rest of the clubs haven't exactly been gassing either. I suppose it could be what happens when there's no HR around.

I just think it will cost more to get him if they do qualify.
Not saying he will come here btw, but be surprised if he stayed in Scotland.

Celtic can't realistically expect to keep their stars. While we bemoan ours for wanting Champs League football, most Celtic players simply want to play Prem League football.
I think Celtic are content to just qualify for group stages and earn the money that brings. You almost have to feel a bit sorry for them being stuck in Scotland.

Sadly no. He was apparently talking about Roy 'play for a big team' Hodgson. We've had no major updates just seemingly confirmation of a 8m bid for VVD.
But it would do wonders for the tourism trade. Celtic would take >10k fans to every game regardless of their ticket allocation!I agree. The English are a happy little bunch....our level of general perkiness would be dragged down by the appearance of thousands of morose Scots every other weekend.
Yeah, I do feel a bit sorry for clubs in the SPL. Their growth as clubs and businesses is completely stunted by the circumstances they are in. For clubs like Celtic [and to some extent, Rangers, Hibs, Hearts, Aberdeen, etc..], a route to the English Leagues has to be constructed, because otherwise they're stuck. Maybe most of them prefer it, but I bet Celtic don't.
I think he will leave whether they qualify or not. He has said he wants to leave, but Celtic want to give themselves the best chance to progress in the competition, but that doesn't mean they won't sell during this transfer window.
