I'm not sure how you see that we've stitched ourselves up. There was always a chance that Toby would be excellent here and Athletico covered that with the recall payment part of the deal. Saints very cleverly had a low figure in for the option if he did struggle a little. No one stitched anyone else up here.

Agree. The Toby deal was designed so that if all went to an we'd not miss Lovren and might even perform better and get into Europe. If he was really really good then athletico would pay us back the loan fee. All of this happened. Frustrating he's not apermanent saint but was a hugely successful loan move for all concerned.
 
Well Saints are having one of the flats they rent out to players cleaned. I wonder if it is one of the three we have signed moving in or they are getting it ready for some one else?
 
I'm surprised no clubs are trying to get Loftus-Cheek on loan, or even permanently, Really tall and light on his feet. Good on the ball. They loaned Courtois out for a few years, so I assume they would be happy to let Loftus-Cheek go out on loan for a while to help him develop.
 
Mail and Mirror reporting that Morgan will sign for United by Wednesday, after Arsenal dropped their interest.

The Mail also say we are looking at Praet from Anderlecht.

The Mirror say we want Cabaye.
