Yep I know that (hence why I didn't make a thread, cough Tom cough). Still would be a good signing for the right price obviously.8/11 aint nothing.![]()

He's scored twice so probs more....Goddamit that's just increased his price tag...
Good player but will wait and see if he can adapt to the English game.West Ham set to sign Dimitri Payet from Marseille. £10.7m fee agreed, 60k per week. Medical Friday.
I agree. Don't let the door bang you on the arse as you leave, Morgs.Kind of annoying that he finds speaking about leaving so easy tho.

Nah, you be as bitter and twisted as you want, Fran. You helped the dosh get into his pocket. There's no written rule on how you must behave when a player leaves or in the manner in which he leaves. After he settled down when denied an exit, I hoped to be grown up when he left....obviously not as grown up as I thought.![]()
Fernando Torres as well, cost Chelsea £40 million from Liverpool and was nowhere near as good for them. But Liverpool want the same for Sterling as they got for Suarez last year, which is ridiculous.
Torres was certainly reported as £50MI may be wrong but I think Torres cost Chelsea £50m not £40m, and we want £50m for Sterling (which I agree, is overpriced as he's probably worth £25-30m max), which isn't the same as what we sold Suarez for as we sold him for £75m.
Correct me if I am wrong though buddy.![]()

I stand corrected, thank you. The main point was, as you agree, Sterling isn't worth anything like £50 million. For a start, he's never played a single game for Southampton.I may be wrong but I think Torres cost Chelsea £50m not £40m, and we want £50m for Sterling (which I agree, is overpriced as he's probably worth £25-30m max), which isn't the same as what we sold Suarez for as we sold him for £75m.

If we signed Cabaye and Clasie, and kept hold of Toby, **** me we would have a good chance of breaking into the top four.
