Haha definitely! I'm just not consistent, I've shot 87 at Sutton and then the next time it's 102. Shot a 89 at hull golf club the other week ( amazing course and club btw! ) But played other night somewhere else and over 100 again
Don’t go anywhere near brid links, absolute nightmare, get a cart, long ****ing walk, the 18th green is a real ball breaker after you’ve trudged the last 17 lol, I needed a week to recover

The one near pocklington is really nice but again the 18th green is challenging

I ran a competition there a few years ago, we had a meal and prizes after, really great day. Did it as teams of pairs, made sure a good golfer was with a **** one….

I only started playing last year, completely fallen in love with the game
I’d played decades ago, but only occasionally and never had any lessons…mainly so I could play with my Dad when he was alive.
Started more seriously last year too (I think…it was that period when good was the only way you could get out to see anyone following covid restrictions)
Really enjoying it I must say.
Play regularly with @askewshair & @FER ARK … Bandits!

The best course IMO in the East Riding is Hornsea, if you get a chance to play there I'm sure you would enjoy it. I played at Hessle for many years, and that is a nice course also.

I was a member at Hornsea 2001 to 2003 but was still also playing football & cricket, and we'd also just had our first child, so my golf membership got temporarily put on hold (for 20 years) - retiring next year, and my membership application for Hornsea is ready for submitting.

Got a feeling that may be the last time we see tiger walk off the 18th at st Andrews unfortunately
