Probably just not worth it.. whether people like it or not Kelly is close to being needed at lb or cb and it would cost way more than 6 million to buy a replacement.

We've being getting spoilt with transfers and they'll come again when it's possible.

We have the money that would have gone on Guehi as well though, if we get this for Kelly and spend on a significantly better player, it's good. CB has been put priority for years, and all we've bought is Kelly.

I see Besiktas have signed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as their new manager.

What's the betting he helps Manure out by signing up some of the fodder they want rid of.

Garnacho for example.. one of the most overrated players ever

Lol, Garnacho is the least of their worries - Antony, Casemiro, Erikson, Yoro, Hojlund, Zirkzee etc

They were literally within 10 minutes of losing at home to the bottom of the league team who have won one game all season, and everyone said Soton were the better team and should have had it wrapped up in the first half.

He's crap.

The rest I don't dispute.

As I say though, they've got far worse, I'm sure they'd far rather lose Antony than Garnacho, Garnacho's one of their only players people would actually want right now.

I never said otherwise, but Garnacho being home grown is the player they're trying to peddle at 70 million, which is precisely why I said it.

Garnacho gets goals, which that alleged "forward" Zirkzee doesn't.

Only a few weeks ago the Amorim era at Man U started with a bang with Marcus Rashford scoring in Amorim's first game after 90 seconds.....false omens lol.

Zirkzee isn't overrated then

Shola is actually getting some of these lads out on loan?
What he's not been good at is getting loan spells where they actually get decent game time and experience.

Kuol was a prime example. The 'Australian Messi' wonderkid got only 8 appearances at Hearts 2 years ago and just 15 at Vollendam last season. Injured this season. Now fron what I've seen of him, he's not all that and was way over hyped when Ashworth found this 'gem'.

But even Pivas, who seemed to be very highly rated, has only had 2 games so far on loan at Willem II. I thought he was meant to be almost PL ready (ina year or so) but he's not even breaking into the Dutch league.

Either they've both been over hyped, or Shola is taking the easy money and not agreeing loan contracts that include stipulations about appearances.
