TF looked like a man who'd just seen his numbers come up on the lottery and realised he'd forgotten to buy the ticket...
I think we have a too many chiefs and not enough Indians style chain of command at the moment. This may explain why our players look confused or a bit downbeat sometimes.
Harry never struck me as a hands on type of manager, it has worked for him in the past but his henchmen are just not doing it anymore. EDIT: neither is Harold.
They need a rocket up their arses. There has to be some consequences for abject performances. He has to start by being prepared to drop Rio.
We all know redknapps a fraud of a football manager. His approach to management is like playing football manager on an iPad. Sign players you've heard of while spending as much money as you can and hope it comes off. Literally does nothing more than that to earn 3 million a year Think we need a thread about alternatives... go get mcclaren? David moyes??
Won't happen mate. I'd drop Traore for Yun when he's fit, Green fro McCarthy and Rio for Ned with Isla at RB. Harry will do none of these things.
.....or selected the wrong numbers for his ticket, yet again? I wonder what Sir Les was whispering in Tone's ear during the game - "bring in Tim and Chris and we'll have this mess sorted out in a jiffy." please log in to view this image Tottenham trio take temporary charge following Villas-Boas departure Tottenham coaches Tim Sherwood, Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey are to take temporary charge of first-team duties while the club search for a permanent replacement for axed boss Andre Villas-Boas. The club also announced that first-team assistant Steffen Freund and goalkeeping coach Tony Parks will remain at the north London outfit, while Villas-Boasâ backroom staff - coaches Jose Mario Rocha, Luis Martins and analyst Daniel Sousa - have vacated their positions. Villas-Boas was dismissed as head coach on Monday morning in the fallout of Spursâ 5-0 landslide defeat to Liverpool at White Hart Lane. The Portuguese coach spent less than 18 months in charge at the Lilywhites helm, and was sent packing after being unable to gel the new-look side, after spending over £100million to strengthen the squad over the summer. Sherwood is highly-rated at the club after joining as a coach in 2008 under former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp. The former midfielder - who captained Kenny Dalglishâs Blackburn Rovers side to Premier League glory in 1995 - teamed up with Spurs legend Ferdinand and Ramsey to guide Tottenhamâs Under 21s to the top of the U21 Premier League table last season. And the north London outfit have confirmed that the trio will coach the first-team until a full-time boss is appointed, with their first game in charge coming against rivals West Ham in the quarter-final of the Capital One Cup on Wednesday. http://talksport.com/football/totte...e-following-villas-boas-departure-13121672116
I presume that's because he is first team coach and we're playing with no passion and no commitment. I was pleased that he was appointed, but either he's actually not very good or he has no input whatsoever.
Good shout Col, after his Palace miracle I can't see why he would not do it for us. At least hes more animated and will bark at the players on the touchline when needed.
TF's latest tweet: 'Stand tall and be brave . we got good players. Its time they get fit and get ready for battle.' He's lost his marbles as well!...
Slightly mental. What are you on about re: Fernandes? He's backed the manager and spent a fortune on new players. They haven't produced. What's your problem with him?
Read what you've written and you can see the problem. You tell me what Fernandes is doing right in your opinion. He's placed the club's very existence in grave danger with FFP issue. Being a mod doesn't make you right.
I'd love Tony Pulis , now I'd never think I'd have said that but he showed at Palace what he can do when a team is pretty much down and out
Can he really believe what he is saying is true or is this a quick message of support to nullify the first tweet
