Adebayor to QPR?

"I would take a risk on Emmanuel Adebayor. Harry Redknapp has got the best out of him in the past and they are in a situation where they can't buy anybody. Loan deals are the only option.

"I don't think Adebayor would ever go permanently to QPR. The wages will be split and I'd take a punt on him. It could keep you in the league."

I can see it but we should play hard ball with part payment of wages to make it remotely worth a go

That's a loss. Everyone else seems to have no problem strengthening and some clubs seem to have more pull. More certainty of survival.

There has been speculation over Spurs winger Aaron Lennon and it seems someone has heard a whisper. Here is what it says on the player's Wikipedia page:

"On 2 February 2015, Lennon signed a two year deal at Queens Park Rangers, rejecting contracts from Stoke City and Hull City respectively. The fee demanded was around 5.5 million, but Queens Park Rangers manage to only pay around 4 million pound plus performance based add-ons. Lennon played under Q.P.R manager Harry Redknapp whilst he was manager of previous club and London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur."

Wild speculation. We expect Lennon to be on the move tonight though.

I wish all our signings had performance related add-ons. We'd never pay any fees.

Bloke on BBC just spoke to Harry and he said unless miracle happens no one is coming in. He basically said that adebyaoh (or what ever he is called) won't be coming.
 
The strangest thing is that Mutch was sold at a cut price to free up funds but we're seemingly not getting anyone.

I have this fantastic mental image of TF, chuckling away, in the board room next to a Blue Peter style totaliser that's now 4 million less of a path to zero.

Probably buy some aged crock for 8 million now...

Reporter John Southall says he has just spoken to QPR manager Harry Redknapp who told him: "Unless there is an absolute miracle, nothing is going to happen.

"Emmanuel Adebayor? Nothing there either unless there is a change of heart from the player."

The only miracle we need Harold is for you to work out how to get some fecking points away from home......

He's getting Adel to lose two stone overnight so that he can say to prospective buyers, he's fit and can do a job for them.
