Has Anton complained to the OB or is this case based on what a tell tale said?

My understanding of the case is that the charges brought against terry stem from a complaint from a member of the general public (ie bitter QPR fan) not Anton F.

What Terry allegedly said is wrong; but is a complaint from a tell tale worth all this and the ensuing court costs??

This incident is getting more press than the Stephen Lawrence inquiry.
 
As I said in a previous thread, this is too minor an incident to warrant Court time and costs.

If the FA want to act like they did with Suarez then fair enough but can't help thinking that the CPS see a big name scalp to make them look good.

I have to question as well whether the person who complained was really that bothered by some inconclusive footage that he had to lip read to even understand??? I suspect it is someone who simply doesn't like Terry and saw an oppotunity to make life difficult / embarrass him.

If he said what is alleged, I don't condone it but to involve the Courts is verging on laughable and frankly, disproportionate to the 'crime'.
 
And once again the media have fuelled the fire.

It's like with the J Ross / Russell Brand thing where more people lodged a complaint than even listened to the show due to being whipped into a frenzy by the rags. We've become a nation of over sensitive complainers, it's all very pathetic really.

Hope our players do what Liverpool done and wear shirts to show their all united and behind JT and not that **** anton

Why is Anton a ****? He was a witness and gave evidence, the contents of which has not been released. For all Chelsea fans know he could have stuck up for Terry or said he didn't hear anything. What if Terry turns out to have said it, would AF still be a **** for having been racially abused by your captain.

The T-shirts are as pathetic as your fans' reaction to the whole saga so go for it. Why not sing the Anton songs again too? Not sure why such a classless set of fans take such an exception to being called "chavs", to be honest, it seems very appropriate from where I'm sitting.

How do you work out that chelsea are chavs when west london is the poshest part of London, i'd say judging by the riots most of the chavs are from north london.
How can Anton be a witness when he said he didn't know nothing about it untill he saw the video? His a **** due to the fact his lying, how can he give evidence and testify against JT when he said he didn't know anything about it untill he saw the video?
And i don't think the t-shirts liverpool wore are pathetic, all their doing is showing their support for Suarez, that's what friends do
