If McCann were to get sacked (I don't think he will) would you have Andy Dawson in charge until season-end?

I have this awful feeling that we will end up with the wally with the brolley in charge?

what’s Big Sam upto these days? He wouldn’t accept the weak character performances

Good question.
I could see it happening if they do pull the trigger.
I guess he (Daws) would go back to basics. Start with making us harder to beat (a la Bruce and Bownio).
Not sure I would wish it on Daws.

I think we need ashbee to ruffle a few feathers, it won’t happen but..
I think the last thing we need is a manager with no experience. I have no idea who else is out there but I imagine there are plenty who are available and would take the job.

I didn’t mean as manager, poss a number 2 or coach. We need someone with experience as manager. Unfortunately those with experience will know to turn us down (the decent ones anyway)

Really why would they?
I assume a lot of sheff U fans thought the appointment of wilder was scraping the barrel and the cheap option after the success nige brought them?

Always a lottery when you choose a relatively unknown person. In the case of McCann a blank drawn in the case of Wilder full house.

Wilders turned out to be a brilliant appointment by The Blunts.
He was a welcome appointment by the majority, after all he'd got oxford promoted from the conference, gone on to get Northampton promoted to div 1 which was the league The Blunts were in at the time.
Plus big factor also, he was a local lad born in stocksbridge 'returning home' to his home team club, one he'd played for.
Shame theres no equivalent Hull born ex player with a couple of years of lower league management success under his belt out there.

As an aside, Terry was sacked 2 years ago by Peterboro for a winless run of 7 games he's on borrowed time, and if he isn't he bl**dy should be
