I needed a "throw away" email address a few weeks ago for a short period of time. As I already use Gmail, on android and laptop, I chose Hotmail to avoid any conflict with cookies, two accounts etc. It was a nightmare from start to finish, Hotmail wouldn't sync for days, emails not sending. Perhaps the best option would be to start fresh with a different email provider (GMail) and update your details on the sites you are having problems with?
Gmail is quite good for multiple accounts. They can be linked together so you can just switch between the two at will, and both can be linked to the same phone. Also, there's a trick to making up a new email without actually using a separate account, so that websites would view it as a totally separate address but it would all use the same account really. For example if using a Karoo email you could just replace the bit before the @ with any word (as long as it isn't already set up as an address as some people do) and it'd still redirect to your master email (username@username . karoo.co.uk) whilst appearing to whatever site you type it into as a completely separate address. There's a way to do it with Gmail addresses too. From memory I think it might involve the + symbol.
All my email accounts are delivered via one android app to my phone, my Gmail and Karoo emails. The hotmail one was for estate agents sending property info, so wanted the ability to quickly turn this on and off separately once they had served their useful purpose, and not bother me again.
