Aslong as everyone gets through internationals ok there is no injuries other then the long term players. So here is what I would go with

Schmeichel

Ricardo
Evans
Soyuncu
Chilwell

Ndidi
Tielemans

Gray
Maddison
Barnes

Vardy

Subs- Ward, Justin, Fuchs, Praet, Choudhury, Albrighton, Perez

Agree with you Proud. Choudhury in place of Gray later to tighten things up if required or Perez if we are chasing it.
Gray did ok coming on against Bournemouth. The challenge has been thrown down now. Either step up or you wont play anymore. Time to stop showing potential and start showing ability

If Gray doesnt perform I think he knows he wont even make the squad next week.

Probably agree. Tempting to through alrighton in for Barnes though - so far he seems to make a better impact off the bench.

Perez shouldn’t deserve to start

This is a player called up for England a year ago. My guess is BR has taken him aside for a couple of weeks to work with him and tell him what he needs to do to become a more productive player. Not quite the last chance saloon but getting that way, assuming he makes the team this week

I think this season is make or break for Gray. If he doesnt kick on this season I think he will find himself on the transfer list at the end of it and rightly so

The ability is there and has been there for years. Time to show or simply he wont be good enough for us

The ability is in there he just doesn't deliver it consistently or show signs of the 'potential ' progressing. Most frustrating player, if Brendan can't bring him on by Jan I'll not be surprised if we let him go.

Shame for James but nothing surprises us in regard to his fitness.
Getting excited for the game now, quietly confident for this one. Due to time zones I will be golfing before the game with a couple of Utd fans, going to be hard not to get cocky.

Man U

De Gea, Wan Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Young, McTominay, Matic, Pereira, Mata, James, Rashford

Subs- Romero, Jones, Tuanzebe, Fred, Gomes, Chong, Greenwood

Time for Gray to step him. Put him on young and get at him. We should boss the midfield and get Vardy in and around Maguire

They have injuries and aren't on a good run of form. We've no injury concerns and an unbeaten start to the season. Our form and stats are good.
I'm therefore fully confident of a win... for Man U.

Biggest frustration for me is that the Ndidi(/Choudhury) Tielemans and Maddison trio is our main force and we seem to keep tweaking it

Before the game, I really thought we could get something today. We've had a couple of decent chances. We need to get Vardy in the game more and Maddison needs to play just behind him.

Come on, let's get an early goal 2nd half.
