Dont know what the F happened tp you lot today....

The newmanager is certainly making his mark on the team though?

Guess fulham Traveller wont be over on our board for a bit, so there is a positive to the result <laugh>

Terrible team selection after your last few games. Hull aint exactly a good team.

Time to move on quickly i'd suggest

Good luck <ok>

EDIT: Id also bet my house that would not have happened with Jol in charge.....!
Thanks for the contribution to this thread Queenslander. However, I've got a feeling your input is as welcome as a peadophile at a school sports day.

Good post Queens
You are correct that it would probably only of been 4-0 or 5-0 with Jol in charge

how long will meulensteen last? Terrible result, usually a new man coming in boosts the teams morale, how long before they put Curbishley in charge (best signing you've made, I would've liked him to stay at West Ham and am surprised he's not been given the opportunity at a bigger club)

Funny, I was wondering that myself. I don't think he'll be there that long. Rather like when he came when Jol was in charge and Jol became a dead man walking, so the same is happening to Rene with Curbishley arriving. Think the club might let Rene take us down, get rid at no cost - might be a relegation release clause in his contract that the club could activate - and let Curbishley take the reigns and see if he could get them back up. It's a cheap option and Fulham now seem to be all about not spending and letting the club fall apart at the seams.

I love it when the 'armchair experts' engage their grey matter and come out with the classic that Hull are not a good side...Ask Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool, Newcastle, Spurs but don't ask Fulham. Seriously when teams try to play football against us, like Fulham, we're class. Good luck to Fulham for the rest of the season, except when we come down there.

I thought his appointment was planning for championship football too but I don't think we can take this risk.

Rene will sort it out and he is getting the support he needs.

After a night shift of Liverpool, Spurs and Palace fans plus a Hull fan (what are the chances! They were restrained to there credit)

I'm still slightly fuming

Time to look for new horizons cookie. One where your colleagues play rugby or something!

I've calmed a little. As its already been mentioned it was one pretty disastrous 45 minutes and one I hope isnt repeated soon.

I remeber absolutely caning Haywards Heath one year 5 nil but they still won the league. Under 16 football though so not much perspective to be drawn from it, just thought I'd mention it!

I think you have missed the point mate <doh>

I can't work out if the people mentioning about Rene not lasting long are joking or not, up until that second half at Hull I was delighted with what I had seen from him, everything I Have read suggests the players are happy and keep hearing he has made a massive impression on the changing ground. If we keep playing like we have been under him I'm more than happy keeping no matter what division that is next season.

cravingawin I have moved on now but it took 48 hours which is not like me shows how bad a result it was, To fully heal the hurt the players could get 3 points Wednesday, they def owe us fans. funny you should mention Haywards. Heath that's where I live spooky!

I was thinking the same thing. I can't see RM being given the boot.

Quite right Cookie! Anyone would think that nothing had changed since MJ left. OK his move to drop key players at Hull was a surprise but one I could understand, given 3 points vs West Ham was the more 3 points (not in-the-bag; Wednesday could be tense). What it proved was the lack of depth. Saturday was sore, but everyone who gets a big drubbing has to move on - sooner rather than later.

C O Y W!

even more spooky my folks live in Haywards Heath and my old man travels up each game.
