Marcus blackcat has the exact team and formation I would play, maybe bring Catts on second half, but players will have drop back quickly !. but who to bring off !.

This might go against the grain but I'd drop Westwood and put Mannone in he knows the Arsenal players and tactics (ish) and for me anyway deserves a start after Westwoods less than auspicious starts and, did nowt wrong in all the pre season games he started.
Apart from that poolies team seems about the best although I reckon Fletcher will be on the bench so, Altidore to start with Borini

I look at these possible teams and kind of wish Sess was playing behind Fletch and Borini with AJ and Giaccherini on the wings :(

He was shocking against MK Dons, definitely at fault for their first and probably their second as well

Agreed mate however we won that game. Westwood hasn't been too great either, never comes off his line his shot stopping is okay has had one good game against Southampton out of 3. Fair enough the defence has been a joke in all 4 games not helping the keepers but, the basics of clearing out crosses should be done by the keeper first as they get away with clattering people to get to the ball. Crosses from set pieces are where we are most vulnerable and, teams realise this just think with Mannone in we might get a few more crosses cleaned out.
Either way we are onto a loser today so no pressure at all on the team lets just go out and try and play the game instead of resorting to hoof ball. With Fletcher still out (apparently) that would leave Altidore (if his hamstring is okay) and Borini to lead the line, big lad and a little lad with some speed sounds like a decent pairing time will tell I suppose.
