    Relegated or not, he didn't belong here, just a very bad fit for the football club. I prefer giving people time but I know lads who stopped going despite having never missed a game since they were 6 years old.

    Mind without his spell we'd have never had the classic line from Butt after an hour of Sams pre match chat team talk "Ok but what do you actually want us to do when we have the ball?" Most negative manager in our history bar none.

    It could be argued that Bruce teams are also generally effective

    They generally are, but he also has record of periods of struggling with teams. SA more often or not gets teams to play above their station.

    Part of football is entertainment though. I've seen more entertainment watching wor lass open a tin of beans. You probably felt the same with O'Neil.

    I thought watching your lass open a tin of beans was very entertaining, especially when she dropped the tin opener on the floor and bent down to pick it up.
