Well its that time of the season when injuries and suspensions strat to bite and we have seven big games in the next 5 weeks.

Luke and Adam both picked up or aggravated knocks on Saturday and Cork and Guly are both out injured. Victor is just one yellow away from a ban. It's now that having a big squad begins to pay dividends.

So assuming Dejan, Luke and Adam are all fit who should start at Chelsea? I'll go with

Boruc

Clyne Fonte Lovren Shaw

Victor Morgan

Jrod JWP Adam

Osvaldo

Subs KD, Chambers, Maya, Davis, Gaston, Reed and Rickie

I'm going with Osvaldo to start as I feel we need to have some additional pace up front away from home and Jrod and Dani can provide that.

Thoughts?

Spot on with that team. Unless shaw is a doubt, in which case chambers RB Clyne LB. Start osvaldo and Rickie to come on at 60. Would like to see reed on the bench. Think gaston should come on but only as a luxur..... as the clock ticks I desperately want to see him turn a corner.

Not sure if Chelsea losing last night will help or hinder us.

It could knock their confidence, especially if we get an early goal. Or, it could fire them right up! What do we think?

They might feel a bit down, but it would take a lot to demoralise players of Chelsea's calibre. We took 4 points off them last season, but we have lost our surprise factor now....mmm, time to watch highlights from last season on Player (always enjoyable).

They looked shaky at the back and with Luiz injured he doesn't have a lot of options. I'm confident we can nick a goal just not sure we can keep out Hazard end co.

Just watched highlights of our victory over Chelsea and Man City from last season...shows we played well (JRod was very lively), but also shows that they had chances and we got away with it...victory/defeat can be separated by fine lines. As a great man said, don't get too high when you win or too low when you lose. We also missed out on one penalty to Saints and escaped with another against City...the old evens out argument.
