Only 5 starts in league games when we have our best team out and only 3 consecutive right at the start of the season as opposed to 26 for Simpson. Honestly, I don't think he will be the answer but we already know Simpson isn't. Anyhow hopefully it's a short term problem and Boyd, Fryatt, Aluko and Gedo all fit, will solve it.

We have a better team now, which has made it more apparent.

The problem with ruling out the cup games, is that he didn't even look good starting against League One opposition(other than a good goal against Orient).

I think Proschwitz, Simpson and Mclean will all be gone in the summer.

There was a big post earlier in this thread (wall of text, common term on the internet in the last twenty years). Feel free to read that post.

In that big thread there was a one liner about Cairney. I thought it was funny as it suggested he was ****, which may or not be my opinion, but it was worded in such an amusing and clever way that it was funny, irrespective of your feelings on Cairney.

IMO, its not so much hate but Koren has played more games than many and he does show signs of tiredness. So with rest he can come back @ say Wolves tuesday and have a big say in the game. Koren is not alone though in needing to be rested over the next week or so.

McLean may well be used in a trade during the summer. If Blackburn say get relegated to league one We can offer Mclean - Stewart and cash for say Jordan Rhodes.

As for Proschwitz and Simpson I think that will depend on what else Bruce has in mind. I would not give up on either just yet. Proschwitz especially.

Well someone posted yesterday that McLean is injured. Not sure myself, but if Ipswich dont want him anymore then terminate the loan and send him back.

Think Brice will play Koren on Saturday as he's had a week's rest, but not at Wolves to give him a rest, unless he has a stormer at Ipswich. Team pretty much picks itself otherwise if Hobbs not a starter, on a 442 basis. Need hard workers at Ipswich, so doubt he'll start with Prosw in place of Simpson, but may try him later on.
