I’ve never had a problem with coffee (or caffeine) and sleeping. I could drop off to sleep 30 seconds after finishing a double espresso.

I used to be like that until my 30's. Then started getting blinding migraines. Went for tests and scans and allsorts. Thought I had a brain tumour of something. Turned out they'd got a new coffee maker in work and I was going through about six or seven grade 5 cups of Columbian a day. Even have to have decaf tea nowadays, never mind coffee. Dark chocolate sets me off too.

Always thought coke was overrated back in the day. Maybe I wasn't getting the good stuff in the 80's. Always preferred bog standard whizz. Knew what you were getting. As you'd know being railway, not touched anything since the mid-90's when the D&A policy was enforced. Not worth losing your job over. Miss blow though.

Horrible drug, cocaine. It's a ****ing scourge, at least heroin does what it says on the tin and doesn't fool it's users into thinking they're in control.

I remember the old £10 a gram wraps of sulphate, put some in your drink then spend all night on the dancefloor.

Bloody hell. That would give anyone a migraine!

Bit extreme move that mate. You could've just drunk less and perhaps toned down on the grade 5.
