That was meant to be in the above post but I'm in the arse end of Dorset with ****e Internet.
 
I understand that the offer accepted from the Dai's was £12m less that the offer accepted from Peter Grieve.

As a consequence, I don't believe the asking price is anywhere near £125m.

Ditto - the Allams have played every key hand close to their chest from day one, they're not changing now. People are putting 2+2 together and getting all kind of numbers.
