    I love twitter, and enjoy the rumours that get flung around, but i don't beleive anything will come of them.

    I've just typed "Newcastle" and "takeover" into Twitter and the only tweets that came up were ones about a takeover for Newcastle Knights - an Australian rugby league team. And I can only find a few tweets about an announcement.
