It's the 'due diligence' claim that make this likely to be bollocks, it's highly unlikely that more than one organisation is conducting due dilligence at the same time.

Normally, due dilligence is done once an agreement has been reached and is done simply to make sure that the numbers match those on which the agreement has been based.

It's basically just a final check, not something you do before making an offer.

My view is that nobody becomes wealthy by being nice ... unless of course they inherit, in which case they probably won't be wealthy for long.

I've not done too bad. I havent really fancied any chocolate. The mrs has eaten most of it!!
Then last night i found a selection box in the wardrobe the mrs forgot to give one of the kids. I ate a Double Decker, a Crunchie and two bars of Dairy Milk out of it. I nearly ate the Finger of Fudge too but i cant stand them, still was tempted.
