The other side to this is that the process now looks orchestrated. If that is the case, then the club was liquidated to avoid debts. That has ramifications under the Insolvency (Scotland) rules.
Worse than that RB if they were liquidated under the circumstances above to allow one party to take control to the exclusion of other viable parties, if the above is correct, and if so and proof is available, which BDO may uncover, then the baw is burst for Green and the balloon goes up again.
BDO are independent of political influence and as such will act in a totally professional manner. All depends on whether D and P conspired with Green to exclude other valid and viable offers and whether this can be proved to the satisfaction of a court.
Next few months will be interesting in the extreme.
