The figures given and the real figures that are attending are two different kettle of fish.. If there was even 20,000 there (including the 2,000 away fans) on saturday I would show my arse in debenhams window.. Once the 2nd goal went in there was probably under 8000 Sunderland fans left..

I think the difference between 8 and 0 won't put somebody off if they are interested they are not stupid enough not to realise why there is nobody there.
I mean I haven't done a head count but the ten or so games I've been to this season have looked about 20K to me. I suppose every team has somewhat dubious attendance figures but it's true that our fans haven't deserted the team.
Don't see the point when the owner is already desperate to sell. If it did anything it would make us look less appealing to buyers.
Do you honestly believe that a new buyer would not do any research and see there was nearly 50000 there every week in the Championship under Reid and not realize what the real problem is.
