i had a quick look on the trust site but didn't have enough time the other day to look at it all,but i did notice the statement have you been a season ticket holder for 4 years or more, whats that all about then.
I would like to think that the trust would be working a deal that involved little or no debt. I hope Hayes doesn't do what the Walsall FC owner did and charge a ground rent, they have lost many supporters over the last few years due to this as little money has been invested into the players. They are however breaking even every year, at least they were last I heard. If there is any substance in Hayes chareges I woulder if he would be deemed unfit to own the club and felt best keep the club out of the whole business.
Evening Guys. I've got no real idea of the background here and I suspect anyone not associated closely with the club wouldn't have a clue either, but it's difficult not to have picked up this season how unhappy you all are with the current setup. I hope this new solution sorts things out for you and sets you on the path to success. The comments on here about enduring years of hardship, or even dropping out of the league altogether in order to return stronger, mark you out as true diehard fans and an absolute credit to your club. All the best, Tewkes
Details of how to become a member of the Trust are now on the homepage of their website. It's only a tenner a year (or £5 for juniors / seniors). http://www.wycombewandererstrust.com/trust-membership/ They are also planning to have a stall at the Legends match on Saturday where you can sign up.
Unless he's going to rent the ground to Wasps to get his money back before handing it over. I really haven't a clue what he could or might do. I would rather have the Wasps continuing as as tenants until they are re-homed; we could really do with the rent. Where we get £650k pa from after that, I don't know. But we cannot be dependent on that income otherwise there will be more insecurity as the move draws nearer. Therefore we should plan ongoing income and expenditure without the Wasps income and only use it to repay debts and if any left, invest it for the future.
i hope when all the dust has settled on the takeover the trust reintroduce the cash pay on the day and get rid of all that computerised crap of trying to get into the ground on a match day
