I do suspect any previous "leaks" have come from Ashley's side as each time they have occurred they have been at a time which it is beneficial for Ashley for one reason or another eg season tickets, bad publicity etc to distract from what is/was going on.

sorry, but how does that make the situation better or worse from the buyers perspective ? I mean for all we know this could go on 18 months so no football for this season or next... this though has made me question if they would bid until the disease is no longer an issue...


maybe they've pulled out and that was the contact
 
See the other PL thread lads.

saudis are waiting for the PL to end the season early so we are guaranteed safety.

At that point the relegation clause is irrelevant so no block on the deal.
