Judges look down on parties who bypass ADR. The Civil Procedure Rules state that a respondent should be given 21 days to acknowledge the claim and up to three months to investigate and respond.

This claim will be thrown out.

Yeah, I meant I hadn't noticed the blue tick or what significance it had as dont follow social media. This board is the closest I get. <laugh>
From what I have seen, most social media just seems to be either fake news, people attention seeking, or people trolling others. And I dont have time for that **** - or to figure out what might actually be genuine news or considered opinion. <laugh>

Better off without. Though to be fair, I have enjoyed baiting republicans over the last 24 hours. Trump has also had a few chosen words said as well.
