Liam kennedys on nufc matters at 1pm. He was the only reporter that was adament it was still on the table since the withdrawal statement... He's posted a downbeat tweet today. He's actually getting reliable info fromthe sources including PIF

If anything, Ashley’s announcement last night is the only info since PIF withdrew The PL rejected it, now there is something to challenge, whatever the outcome or legal dealings etc This is something people can work with and the ONLY people who really know what’s going on are PL/Ashley/PIF Ignore twatter/ journos/ papers etc It could be worse, just look at the desperation down the road and the endless idiots who are ITK At the end of the day the current/worst outcome is nothing changes and as we know Ashley is as hard nosed as they come, so if there has been anything underhand I hope it will come out eventually
