and Phil 'The Power' Taylor was spot on 3-1 Swans

Far too squeeky in second half again but improving. Nice to see Grimes get his debut. Gomis? what can I say, good on him.
Onward and upward

totally off topic question but do Swansea do tours of the stadium?

Yes musty...<ok>

Well done to monk for sticking with gomis and saying he will come good. 4 goal in 6 games is a good return without his assists.....We have opened up a 4 point gap now and we have another winnable game against the toffee's up next.......

hmmmmmmmm WHU, Southampton and Liverpool all lost today, am I dreaming but with a good run can we?????????????????

We are certainly building momentum with this new formation that Monk has implemented. We can win the majority of our remaining games <ok>

It would be nice to finally get a win against Everton in the PL. However - they've turned a bit of a corner now and have 3 wins on the bounce. I can see a draw being the likely outcome.

I'd take a draw but tbh, I think we will start as favourites and think we'll win this <cheers>

Just got in......my team are soooooooo frustrating to watch these days even though we're getting good results. Why we take our foot off the gas second half I really don't know. We played some lovely stuff at times and Hull were awful first half but when we had the opportunity to keep up the intensity in the second half, particularly when they went down to ten, we showed little desire to finish them off.

Everyone was saying around me, and I agreed, that we were going to get bitten in the backside if we carried on, but we eventually put it to bed at the death.

So yes, a good win and at times a good performance but questions remain about intensity and Monk has a problem to solve imo, because this was a trait under Laudrup as well.

It was a question of stick or twist, I guess. Being ahead 2-1 with the opposition down to 10 men, would it have been risky to throw everything at them and risk conceding on the break?

But it was a hard watch in the second half. Hull's goal, the injury and the sending off seemed to throw us off-kilter and we never got the game under control again.
