Wolves are getting absolutely stuffed! Long time to go yet, but unless Mick gives them a good bollocking at half time they'll be coming down with Wigan by the sounds of things. Big 45 minutes ahead, even when you're a neutral you get drawn into the drama of these things!

The only thing I'm worried about is how tough it will be to get automatic promotion next season; Wolves traditionally are good at bouncing back at WHU are a good side. Chuck in Cardiff, Forest, Leicester and the losing play off finalist and it might just be tougher than we think.

well said mate, totally agree with you. cant blame the lad for waiting to weigh up his options. but im not that fussed if he signs for another club.

trouble is if any Professional team adopted that policy it would be 0 against 0 every week. All players are doing no more than earning a living, albeit a bloody good one!

steven hunt just scored for wolves.. that goal puts them out of the bottom 3 on goal difference.

Some interesting results today but what gets me is how a computer can throw up so many tantalising last day fixtures, not just today but seemingly every season. But congrats to Mick McCarthy, and Roberto Martinez, Avram has already paid the price of failure. But the praise is being heaped on Ian Holloway and as far as I can remember there is no difference between Blackpool's plight and City's not so long ago, see you next year Blackpool et al.

exactly what I predicted, now where's my medal?

Blackpool without Adam, Campbell and possibly a few others will probably struggle next year..

I feel a bit sorry for them - they play it the right way as for Brum & Wet Sham - I won't be losing any sleep, for them it all depends on finances, they'll have the parachute payments of course, but you'd imagine the 'ammers will be top 3 or 4 but I could see Brum doing a Boro plus they've got Europa League to contend with - at least one tie at least, they might just pass on it.
