Alexi Sale is a ****ing legend. The whole alternative comedy scene was really groundbreaking. I listened to an interview with Sale the other day on Radio 4 where he said that they all made a conscious effort to make comedy without racism and sexism which was the order of the day, with 'comedians' like Jim Davidson and Bernard Manning. His biggest achievement ? That the 'alternative' comedy scene is now considered mainstream.

When did Ginge mock the disabled ? I've seen you refer to people as window lickers and Joe had to pull you up for using the word Spastic just now.
You also have history of mocking people with Autism. This sounds a lot like you are trying to shift the blame onto somebody else again.

For me, the problem with tv comedy nowadays is that they consciously go out of their way not to offend anybody. At all!

Noble intentions and all that, but the end result is the vast majority of it's about as funny as having a root canal.
