Support Needed!

From Senhor Marco.
When I first arrived the atmosphere was not the best,” said Silva. “The squad was in the last position in the table and many people did not believe. The first match I don’t see our supporters in our stadium. Today, I saw them everywhere, and a fantastic atmosphere. If I believe, I want my players, my supporters, to believe as well. If I believed on the first day then why I don’t believe now?
Best post from you today Chazz :emoticon-0105-wink:

I thought i was going to be surrounded by scouse or hull reds. Turns out it was all Hull City fans coming back or stating afresh. What was it like in other areas?

Must have been a good 500 of the ****s all sat together to my left, not one of them moved when we scored, they just looked at the floor as people shouted abuse at them.

The other nice thing was his reference to Ryan Mason in his post match interviews, they guy know which buttons to press with players.

Tempted to say 'Sing when we are winning' but given the ex ordinary circumstances this season now is not the time to question the often sterile vocal support at the KC so positive head on. In some ways yesterday reminded me of much happier times at the club and whilst we are not yet the finished article by a long shot,Silva is slowly building a team who are not only a lot harder to break down, but also we now possess players who can actually counter attack at pace, something I haven't seen since Peter Taylor took us up twice. All we need to do now is to either find or create another Stuart Elliott and Ian Ashbee and vocal support in big numbers won't be an issue at all...if only eh?

Difficult to work out. Too many 'sitters'/day trippers around me in N3. Assuming half of them were there to watch the away team. ****ers for sitting and not joining in with the songs even if they were there to watch City. Don't need/want those types in the ground. We need 'proper' fans. Bring back the '70's

We need new songs for the new players (particularly the permanent signings)
And we need to sing the existing songs too. Where, for example, was a rousing chorus of 'here's to you Andy Robertson'?

Sort it out crowd

Only way to stop that mate is to have 20k City wanting to buy season tickets again. We've had huge support before at the KC given its size,no reason to think we cannot do it again if the club can stir up enough interest again but that will involve a winning team scoring goals, not easy in this league but again, not impossible either. Loved the 70s myself btw, scary times on the terraces in those days, but fun for many.

Thing is of course. It will not be full against Burnley. At least I won't have day trippers sat near me.

That is a game I will be attending. Back home in Hull for the week. I still love the whole thing about going to a game. When I lived in Cambridge, driving back 160 miles after losing was not fun but all part of it. I must admit to missing it now. Hopefully moving back to the UK this year. By then I hope all the off the field problems are sorted out.

Some good banter on the MDT's on here though I see most games on streams thank god.

Surely we are due a win against Arsenal. It's so good to feel confident again. It was quiet in the ground to begin with yesterday and I think that is cos people were still a bit dreading what was going to happen. Only when we were 2 up did I feel relaxed and able to enjoy the rest of the game. Loving every game now. Playing so differently. Hope Marco stays if we stay up, who knows how high he can take us. We deserve some good times at last.

I think it was quiet at first because thousands were still stood outside at kick off
Something wrong with one of the gates at North so queues were horrendous
