Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew claimed his side’s performance away to Sunderland was “like watching Brazil”.

The Eagles gave Pardew his tenth win in 15 matches in charge with a 4-1 demolition of Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

Glenn Murray picked up his sixth goal in as many games before an eleven-minute hat-trick from winger Yannick Bolasie heaped humiliation on Dick Advocaat’s relegation-threatened side.

"Our fans were singing 'it's like watching Brazil', and it was," Pardew told BBC Sport.

"It was an emphatic win and the scoreline didn't even do us justice. We had so many chances and never looked in any danger."

Pardew, who has taken his side from the relegation zone to just outside the top half since joining in January, was delighted with an “outstanding” performance from his side.

<laugh> What's this Brazil team Pardew is on about? The one who played long ball after long ball over the top and only scraped 70% passing accuracy? <doh> They did us with ease but they were nowt like Brazil, makes it worse that we were done by an absolute dumb arse <laugh>

Wonder how he came to that conclusion? Just cause they wore yellow and won easily most likely <doh><laugh>

Haway lads, whether Palace made us look like tw*ts, or we were just naturally tw*ts, it's no good blaming Pardew or anybody else for it. We need to look at ourselves, not somebody else. Pardew's done well. Sunderland haven't. Bottom line - and time's running out.

Who's blamed Pardew like? I'm just taking the piss out of stupid comments that came after the game which had no bearing on the result what so ever. <confused>

Can I just clarify that only MrsRAWhite is sucking @MrRAWhite's cock.

I got a bit lost along the way as to who was doing what with the poor bloke.

Pardew playing like Brazil, the bloke is an endless list of clichés, give it a few months and he'll be picking the pieces up from the fans rattling him.

    He's a ****ing pigeon.

Sunderland fans getting slaughtered on the radio for walking out, saying they are not giving the new manager a licking of a dog after just two games..One of the comments made was that no one in their right minds should want to play for or manage a club with supporters like ours..

This made me laugh! Obviously they haven't watched all our games this season.. It's so easy to comment on a club you know **** all about..

No one in their right minds does play for us! No supporters in their right minds would want to watch a team like ours either. In our last three or four home games. we've shipped four goals twice and lost to a club that had never won away all season - and that gets 40,000 through the gates! Compare that to tiny Queen of the South. Last Tuesday or Wednesday, they stuffed Rangers 3 - 0 (from all accounts on merit, too). On Sunday, they follow it up with a crucial game against their main rivals for a play-off place - and win that as well. Crowd? - 2,057.

And these gutless b***ards grumble when a few hundred walk out from yet another shocker! I don't know where they get the gall.

I do not hate the players, just think they are useless. On saturday Pardew's so called 'clever' tactics were in the 2nd half with the wind in their favour, bypass midfield and lump the ball to the big striker, who would flick on for runners. Now it is 30 years since I played football and rugby but in some days games you just had to man up and stop the other team out muscling you. Stand on the strikers foot to prevent him jumping or commit other minor fouls and take turns doing it, track the runners to stop them getting the second ball. Get your head/foot to the ball first and thump it clear. Other than their first goal which had lucky deflection, the others were all about Jos/Vergini being as weak as *iss and frankly embarrassing for a sunday morning league side. It is really pathetic collective individual display like that which case me to doubt the mettle of our p[layers for fight. We could very easily lose every remaining game not just the last two away, which I have written off anyhow.

Do they expect us to sit and watch 90 minutes of dire football - with the first 45 of the 90 being 2 rubbish teams and the second being one rubbish team who is ours! Self Righteous pricks who claim they've never left their clubs ground early but probably leave with 5 minutes to go every week even if there's only a goal in it!

National media never seem to miss a trick to have a go at us, although I feel we do make it easy for them sometimes..

"In the 2nd half with the wind in their favour"? Well, couldn't we have done that in the 1st. half? I wouldn't say that noticing which way the wind was blowing was particularly "clever" - but it was too clever for our lot.
