Just think, if we got a proper LB (like Alonso) we could use PVA on the wing plus he could cover the LB position for injuries.
In effect, we get a better LB, a fast winger for the price of 1 player.

Just finished watching the game and at times I was tempted to fast forward. Glad I didn't as just on 28mins it showed Sam hunched in his chair and just he said "pathetic". Summed it up.
Just got home. That was awful.
No game plan, no tactics. Something I never thought I'd say with Sam as boss.
There was no movement, players didn't look as if they knew what they should be doing.
First 44 mins is about as bad as we've been. Play like that for the rest of the season and we'll be down by March.

You would expect to get some quality in to change things, but we have signed carp this window so far.
Team were poor..But our support was a hundred times worse..40,000 fans getting outshouted by 1500 away fans from start to finish is ****ing ridiculous..
