Be lovely in a Bolognese sauce that & a glass or three with the meal.My mate died last year and he used to buy mega dear wine and store it in his cellar his wife just popped round and dropped me 6 bottles of 2004 Merlot in as she doesn't like red, bloody hell its gorgeous what a difference between that and a supermarket bottle.
That sounds canny Billy I will have a go tomorrow night I haven't eaten beef mince for years now I prefer pork to beef.
You can't do that to a bloody good wine!! Every drop has to be devoured. Slowly!
Gonna make one this week, got some nice Irish beef mince.
