Fulham‘s Craven Cottage about the coldest I’ve ever been in my life. FA Cup 3rd round. Wind blowing straight off the Thames into the away end. At least we won <ok>

I am in the happy position of knowing for a fact that I am on a 9/2 winner before the day even starts <laugh>

So in my attempt to give some back:

JETSTREAM 16/1 Plumpton 3:20
I make no bones about the fact that this is a yard I like to follow. They know what they are doing and when the money is down they rarely fail.
So I am hoping that they punt this one hard. He is a nice horse and started the season off with a very good effort in a race that has worked out well. Susequent efforts have left a lot to be desired but last time the ground was against him. Conditions to suit tomorrow and is now three pounds lower than when the season started. Good young lad takes a handy 3lb off for good measure and he is good value at the price.

HOYLAKE 28/1 Hamilton 3:10
Ran a nice enough race on debut to suggest there is more to offer and while this could be a stronger affair I think he is worth an each way dabble at generous odds. He was all at sea in the early stages and by the time he got going he was chasing shadows but he finished the race off well suggesting that a step up in trip might suit. He goes an extra furlong today and as his HB won over 7f at two you would feel that this is his trip. As usual the southern raiders dominate the market and either of the front two could be a class above these. So its risky.

Makes sense Jetstream was pulled from the race on a Self Cert basis!
