I'm on as well lads lol

Took the 7/4 as soon as it was available with all the Hisaabaat winnings from earlier. If he wins I have my Cheltenham fund.

Good call

In theory it was a good call, asaid was off the bridle going backwards a mile out, and Ut De Sivola's previous form was shown to be the best form. Only problem was he ran no sort of race. Thats racing.

We need personal shoppers Oddy!..i had to do the same..<laugh>

I was thinking about starting an alcohol delivery service here in Berlin Dex - a bit like "call-a-pizza" - I would call is "Call-a-crate" or some such. I think there could be real demand for it and you could charge a decent mark-up for fetching it round <ok>

Well done the Quel Esprit backers...cosy victory ultimately...can't fancy him for the festival though unless it came up deep...place prospects maybe in an open CGC minus the big two.

Well done Lads. Good performance from Quel Esprit. He jumped well and actually looks to have a yard of pace unlike all the rest of them.

However, I doubt whether King Kauto and Long Run are shaking in their boots just yet. Looks increasingly like a match between the two, especially with Grands Crus seemingly headed to the RSA.

He doesn't need it deep Dex. He's a 160 horse and that's it so there'd have to be some absolutely dreadful runs from the front few in the market for him to feature but when you have Synchronised as third favourite he's definitely got a chance in the w/o market as you said. Won't be carrying any of my money though!

Anyone think Quel Esprit might make a Grand National horse? Travelled and jumped very well today.

Maybe in two or three years Oddy...he's only eight now and will be hammered by the assessor, despite his constant assurances that good horses will not be overburdened and encouraged to run.

TBF the National is just a limited h'cap nowadays.

Yeah, not a race I like TBH.

Whatabout this hunter chaser of yours next mate - is it worth a dabble?

Beaten by Sportsmaster, Ut De Sivola and Darroun who himself was beaten by Shadow Catcher.

Beats them all today?

Fairly simplistic way of looking at it but i understand the point. Hisaabaat was the obvious value call in that race though at 10/1 when I put him up last night on the Saturday thread. He had loads of excuses last time out and has run very well in defeat several times.
