Liked Ross as a player but I'll be gutted if the transfer falls through now. That was a hell of a lot of money for an injured player in his last year, and we have plenty options up front now. Would be a shame for them all to end up on the bench / in the ressies whilst Stewart sees out his contract

I won't go into detail but the RS deal has been skulduggery like I said at 15.00. Them trying to restructure due to surprises on their end. Still gets done.
Think it really needs to like. £10m and a sell on is a result for us versus the alternative.
Gutted that Gooch has gone, but understand it. However, I'm surprised at the reaction to it, bearing in mind he's the first to get grief when the rest of the team aren't performing.
