I'm also looking forward to Rigg breaking into the first team and scoring 15 odd goals. Being a Sunderland supporter hasn't been this good since the Reid 1999/2000 squads.
Proper exciting mate..

And how do we establish whether they're first team ready, without, like, you know, putting them in the first team?

He's returning to his hometown club, Rangers had been chasing him since January. They wont pay anything like that for players.. The debt they have now with the is what cause Brenda problems last season before he was fired. Isn't there a new or massive extension to the ground going on to be paid for first?I bet Leicester could pay £25-30m for Diallo but we can't of course, they are raking the money in. we can nearly play 2 different teams with our squad, really exited with next season, so 45,000 for the Crewe league cup game please !

There is, I put the Whittaker crack up on there a few hours ago.Isn't there another thread for non Sunderland transfers![]()

Dont think we have the budget for marquee signingsYeah I agree.
The way I see it now is this - So far, we have signed young players that we've never heard of. However, our KLD scouting network has proven to be is A1.
In which case, I see no reasons against why these new additions will not excel this coming season.
Also, I have always said that I think we will also sign a couple of marqee players before the window closes...
I just have that confident warm feeling we all will be buzzing soon.
Could be packing thoughYou must log in or register to see images
Wouldn't say no...
