momentum is massive is football, and at the moment we are full of it
This. SAFC have always been a force with momentum behind us.momentum is massive is football, and at the moment we are full of it
Very much this. We are a club on the up and it feels like it's been that was since Roberts scored that goal at Hillsboroughmomentum is massive is football, and at the moment we are full of it
My Leeds supporting colleagues are not so confident. They want Farke not Vierra. And with new owners and no manager yet with the transfer window open have they got a plan? If we were in that position we'd be going nuts.I like Russell, it’s not coincidental that in all of Europe only City and Barca had more possession over the course of the season than his MKD side then last season obviously Swansea had the highest possession in the Champ. I know possession isn’t everything but in general teams who dominate the ball will come out on top. I think with a better set of players at Southampton they could be top drawer this season.
The problem we have is that the clubs coming down are going to spend the most money and attract the best players, it happens every season and it’s rare that a few of them don’t go back up. Leicester are going to bring some big names in undoubtedly, Conor Coady is apparently on the brink of joining. Maresco has already said they’re going to go to City for loanees and it won’t someone like Callum Doyle. It’ll be players who’ve been around the first team no doubt.
Leeds are going to have new ownership who can install their own manager, of which Viera is currently the favourite, and spend **** loads of money. I wouldn’t write them off at all.
Not getting raving reviews from QPR saying he's past his bestSo... stefan johansen next?
He has done a good job.
The recruitment team is going like an absolute train.
I thought this was going to be a quiet summer with just a few in and out.
No I wasnt, see later post. I coach primarliy u21 now. U18 last year. But I coach junior kids by invite for local academies. I have known heads of junior football for years and sometimes I get asked to help a group. I have coached for prem and championship clubs.I'm really sorry mate but you can't be saying 6 year olds are premier league standard. My son has been at academies since he was 7 and in last few years kids have come and gone. The ones who were good in small sided games can't handle the bigger games. There are so many facets to being a footballer but at professional elite level athleticism is absolutely massive
