I heard on the radio this morning that the transfer market opens today but it’s only the home market.
The foreign players market opens on July 1st.

Will we have to wait until then to hear if we’ve signed Semedo.
Is Triantis signed or what.
JB should be announced if it’s happening.

Transfers can be completed at any time, its the registration of the player that can’t be completed until the window is open

sure his dads wants him to sign for the mags
Chris and his dad are Ncle fans but his younger brother and Mam are lads fans, From what i have been told the family are happy for him to stay at Sunderland as they have proven that youth will get a chance and they think this is best for his development. Was also told that KLD has personally spoken to the family regarding his first professional contract and reassured the parents regarding this

The club will look at player development with the aim of getting promoted. Scum will just be looking at trophies.

Sunderland have retained their Category One Academy status after a successful recent audit by the Premier League.

The Black Cats retained their status last year but only for an initial year period, and so the news this morning comes as a major boost for the club.

Category One status reflects the highest of standards within an academy, and comes with significant privileges in terms of funding and recruitment.

Academy Manager Robin Nicholls, who joined the club from Southampton earlier this season, said it gave the club's young players acess to the 'very best programme'.

Not really, clubs announce signings all year round. they just can't be registered until those market dates open. Benfica have already announced the signing of Orkan Kokcu for 25mil from feyenoord
